These terms

These terms govern your use of this website. Services are provided under a separate written engagement agreed for each project, and where the two differ, the engagement agreement takes precedence for that project.

Using this site

You may use this site for lawful purposes connected with considering or using our services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, interfere with its operation, or use automated systems to extract content at scale.

Our content

The text, design, code and images on this site belong to Nomadic Authors USA or its licensors, except where stated otherwise. You may not reproduce substantial parts of it without permission.

Your content and your rights

You retain full copyright and all other rights in any manuscript, artwork or material you submit. By submitting it you grant us only the limited permission needed to read it, assess it and perform the services you have requested. You confirm that the material is yours to submit and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Services, quotes and scope

We do not publish package prices. Quotes are given after reviewing a manuscript and set out the scope, deliverables and schedule for that project. Any change to scope is agreed in writing before it is carried out.

What we do not warrant

We do not guarantee sales, revenue, reviews, rankings, bestseller status, retail placement, media coverage or literary representation. Publishing outcomes depend on many factors outside any service provider's control, and no company can honestly promise them. Editorial and design work involves professional judgement, and we make no warranty that any particular creative outcome will be achieved.

Schedules

Timelines given in a quote are estimates based on the agreed scope and on materials and approvals being supplied when needed. We will tell you promptly if a date is at risk.

Third-party links

Where this site links to other websites, we are not responsible for their content or their practices.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the limits of our liability are set out in the engagement agreement for each project and are to be finalised with legal advisers before launch.

Governing law

The governing law and jurisdiction applicable to these terms are to be confirmed by the business and stated here before launch.
