Refund & Chargeback Policy
- Refund Policy. At Nomadic Authors USA, we strive to provide exceptional publishing and creative services. Due to the nature of our work—customized, time-intensive, and creative—all payments made to us are considered final and non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances outlined below.

Refund Eligibility. Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:
• Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same service, we will promptly refund the duplicate payment.
• Service Not Rendered: If we are unable to begin your project within thirty (30) days of the agreed start date and no substantial work has been delivered, you may request a refund.
• Project Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel your project before any creative, editorial, or production work has commenced, you may be eligible for a partial refund after deduction of applicable administrative charges.
Refunds will not be issued for a change of mind, delayed client feedback, client-caused project delays, or once any agreed service has commenced. -
Non-Refundable Services. The following services are non-refundable once work has commenced:
• Ghostwriting services
• Editing and proofreading
• Book formatting and interior layout
• Cover design and graphic design
• ISBN registration and publishing packages
• Branding, logos, and visual identity services
• Digital marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns
• Custom service packages or milestone-based projects -
Chargeback Policy. To protect our business, employees, contractors, and creative professionals, Nomadic Authors USA maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks.
If a chargeback is initiated after project materials, drafts, designs, edits, formatted files, or other deliverables have been provided, we reserve the right to contest the dispute using project records, communications, timestamps, invoices, and proof of delivery. - Dispute Resolution. Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider, we request that you contact us directly so we may investigate and resolve the matter professionally and fairly. We are committed to working with our clients to reach a reasonable resolution whenever possible.
- Recovery of Outstanding Amounts. In the event of an unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback, Nomadic Authors USA reserves the right, where permitted by applicable law, to pursue appropriate recovery measures, including collection efforts or legal remedies for unpaid services and damages resulting from wrongful disputes.
- Acceptance of this Policy. By purchasing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Chargeback Policy. You further acknowledge that project records, communications, invoices, approvals, and payment confirmations may be used as evidence in the event of any payment dispute.
